•        FBGS Family Meal is available from 6:00 to 7:00 PM in the Fellowship Hall; 

•        Youth Choir Practice from 6:30 to 7:30 PM in the sanctuary;

•        Prayer Ministry from 6:30 to 6:45 PM on Zoom (same link as Bible Study);

•        Adult Bible Study from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM in Room 15;

•        and, Youth Bible Study from 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM in Room 15.

  The Gospel Service will be hosting our annual Church Cookout this Saturday, September 7th at 11:30 AM. The cookout will take place at Laurel Park in Lorton, Virginia. (https://www.fairfaxcounty.gov/parks/laurel-hill-central-green) 

We will be providing delicious catered main dishes, and we're inviting everyone to contribute side dishes and desserts. There will be a sign-up sheet available for those who would like to bring something to share.

  The Usher Ministry is seeking your help to support our local schools with supplies for students returning to grades K-12. Our school supply drive will run until September 29th.

When you enter the church, you'll find a container in the foyer where you can place your donations. We are looking for items such as pencils, crayons, paper, notebooks, glue, scissors, rulers, and any other school supplies for K-12 students.  We appreciate your generosity in advance. Attention all men of the church! The “MENistry” Men’s Ministry will meet next Saturday, September 14th at 11:00 AM at the home of Rev. Miller. Please contact Rev. Miller regarding the location of the meeting.

This will be a hybrid meeting, so if you can’t make it in person, you can still join us via Zoom. The link is available for those who need it.

We are seeking volunteers to serve as teachers or children's church assistants.  

Adult and Youth Ushers Needed

We are still looking for volunteers to serve as ushers on Sunday mornings.  The ministry is looking for youth and adults to join.
